Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH, Booz) IT tech, contracted to the IT incompetent National Security Agency (NSA), in 2013 when he hacked the NSA then fled to Russia to avoid capture and execution for espionage. Previously a Dell IT tech, contracted to the IT incompetent Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), in 2012 when he hacked the CIA undiscovered. See 9/11 Was Due to IT Incompetence. No IT education. An IT education is the most important IT credential and Snowden is a high school dropout.

While what Snowden did has been called the worst espionage incident in U.S. history, it was thus also the worst data breach (hacking). Physically stealing data, classic espionage, is a big part of hacking too so Snowden indeed hacked the NSA and the CIA.

Most people think of Snowden as an NSA, thus government, employee and don't know that he was actually a Booz, thus private business, employee (contractor). This government-business intermingling is a classic case of overlap in the ITIHOS. As a contractor Snowden was not eligible for whistleblower protections, even if he had not clearly been a spy instead because he intentionally left the CIA/Dell, where he stole most of his top-secret documents, for the NSA/Booz just to steal harder-to-get top-secret documents.

Booz is a leading provider of IT services to the U.S. Government, particularly defense and intelligence, like the IT incompetent NSA. Booz has been called the world's largest commercial spy agency, ironically doing so for other countries besides the U.S. Many of Booz's IT employees and former employees are IT incompetent. Further, Booz had its own data breach and let hackers have thousands of military emails. It was just such IT incompetence at the NSA that caused 9/11, which could and should have been discovered beforehand and stopped. All this makes Booz itself a severe threat to national security.

Unbelievably, high school dropout and traitorous spy Snowden is often quoted in the media as an expert on IT and freedom of the press (no one has the right to divulge national security secrets, no matter what they are). Not surprising actually, given he is the career-saving creation of IT incompetent expatriate writer Glenn Greenwald, who also backed traitorous spy Chelsea Manning.
